International Exchange Admission Information

A number of steps need to be followed in order to apply for an international exchange in business studies at Memorial University.

Application Deadlines

  • Fall semester: April 15
  • Winter semester: Sept. 15

Step 1: Talk to your exchange advisor to see if you are eligible for an exchange and to be nominated by your university

Step 2: Complete the following forms before the application deadline:

Applications can be sent via post, fax or email.

If emailing the documents: Applications that are emailed can only be accepted if sent directly by the exchange co-ordinator at the home university.

If faxing or mailing the documents: hard copies of the Application for Exchange, Application for Admission and Official Transcript must be sent to the following address via post or courier:

* You will be charged a $40 (full year) or $20 (winter only) housing application fee, which you may pay via credit card, cheque or money order payable to Memorial University. Please include payment information on your application form.

Step 3: Complete the course selection form before June 20 (fall semester) or Oct. 20 (winter semester)

Step 4: Complete the arrival form before Aug. 1 (fall semester) or Dec. 1 (winter semester)
