Career Development Services for Students

careers-recruiting-for-students

The Faculty of Business Administration offers a number of services to help students get a jump-start on developing meaningful careers while they are still in school.

Information Sessions & Workshops

The Centre for Career Development and the Faculty of Business Administration host various organizations throughout the year which hold information sessions on campus to talk about the employment opportunities at their organizations. These sessions provide a great opportunity to network and explore various career paths.

We also host workshops on career-related topics such as workplace etiquette, job search in an online environment, marketing yourself to employers, networking skills, e-portfolios, and dining etiquette. Look for information about these events in your MUN.ca email account.

Career Fair

Memorial University holds a career fair each September for students and alumni that features over 100 companies from across Canada and the world that are looking to hire new graduates. This is an excellent opportunity to network and explore career options.

The career fair is held each year in the Field House. Look for more information in September 2013 in your MUN.ca email account.
