Paul McQuay is a lecturer of information systems at the Faculty of Business Administration, Memorial University of Newfoundland.
He received his original undergraduate degree from Queen’s University in Kingston ON, and his master of business administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta while working full time in the oil sands industry. The work extended over three decades and primarily consisted of information systems design and audits.
Mr. McQuay’s goal is to prepare the students for the systems they will encounter in the corporate world while ensuring the basics of systems design are well understood.
He recently published a book called Kick-Butt Start-Up Strategies examining personal experiences that demonstrate techniques for providing on-time, risk-free delivery of your business system.
