Our research chairs are:
- Canada Research Chair (Tier 1) in Social Enterprise

- Chair in Corporate Governance and Transparency
Teaching Chairs
Teaching chairs support excellence in teaching and learning at the Faculty of Business Administration. They promote the scholarship of teaching and learning and develop strategies to address common challenges while collaborating with colleagues both within and outside the faculty to advance the objectives of the teaching and learning framework at Memorial University.
Teaching chairs are experienced and effective teachers and scholars. They provide leadership by developing curriculum, mentoring junior faculty, leading teaching improvement workshops and seminars, and maintaining active research programs. They support curriculum development and teaching innovation, and provide co-curriculum supports including, but not limited to, advising students teams, clubs and groups.
Our Dr. Alex Faseruk Chair in Financial Management Education is dedicated to teaching and learning in this vital area of business studies.
